No, as travelers you are responsible to take care of your belongings and self. We are not liable neither our travel partners.

Yes, what is listed on the inclusions is what you get. Otherwise, is at guest account.

  • Kindly refer with the TERMS & CONDITIONS sent to your email ad for more details.

  • For land travel, full payment is non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. Please advise us within 7 days for the name/s of the new participants.

  • If flight is cancelled by the airline, kindly call us right away. We will be willing to discuss to you the possible dates, you would like to avail your tour.

  • For land travel, the tour will be rescheduled to the next available weekend. In case the traveler is not available, client can choose another date with scheduled tours.

  • Cancellation of flight is airline discretion. Kindly coordinate with your airline of choice for real time updates.

  • For land travel, advise will be provided via sms or email within 24 hours of the scheduled trip if the tour destination is in the path of storm or is already affected.

Yes, however we have to consider if your flight schedule will permit. For land travel, as long you are not joining other groups, we accommodate special request with the consent of the other participants.

The provided itinerary is based from your flight schedule and availed tour package. Itinerary is designed to make sure that you will make most out of your vacation and as your reference for yoru day to day activities. However, the tour coordinator reserves the right to make necessary changes on your itinerary depending on the weather, road and sea conditions, group's pacing and inevitable circumstances during your tour.

Detailed itinerary is provided together with the Tour Confirmation Voucher upon full payment. For complete list of the tourist spots that will be visited, please refer with the Tour Proposal sent to your email address.

  • For cash payment, kindly fax or email the copy of deposit slip. Once payment is verified, we will send a Provisional Reciept to your email ad.

  • For Paypal payment, we get real time update as soon payment transaction is successful.

  • Client who opt to settle payment through bank transfer should forward us the email received from their bank.

  • Cash and credit card payment is accepted. For bank details, click this link.

  • Credit card payment can be settled through Paypal or swiper. Both method has an additional of 5% processing fee.

  • Bank Transfer is also applicable for clients with online accounts.

You may call or email us for your tour confirmation. Kindly specify which among the choices of hotels and tours you are interested to avail with. Upon receiving your interest, we will send you a Billing Statement for complete information of your tour package
